By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Application.
The Application allows users to register an account for enhanced features and the ability to sync data to live. By registering an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
Alternatively, users can choose not to register an account and secure their data only with a passcode. By choosing this option, you acknowledge that your data will not be synced to live and will be stored solely on your device. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your passcode.
You retain ownership of any media files or content that you upload, store, or access through the Application.
We take reasonable measures to protect the security and integrity of your data stored within the Application. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge that you use the Application at your own risk, and Garage1010 shall not be liable for any unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, or alteration of your data.
You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will not engage in any activity that may interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the Application or compromise the security of the Application or its users.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Application complies with all applicable laws, including copyright and intellectual property laws. You agree not to upload, store, or share any media files or content that infringe upon the rights of others.
The Application and all its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, and software, are the property of Garage1010 and are protected by intellectual property laws.
The Application is provided on an "as-is" basis, without any warranties or representations, expressed or implied. Garage1010 disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the accuracy, reliability, and fitness for a particular purpose of the Application.
Garage1010 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Application.
Garage1010 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
